Wheelchair Anti Roll Back Device / Wheel Locks

Everyonce and a while you come across a product that should have been invented a long time ago. We found one of those products and would like to share the genius of its design. Wheelchair anti roll back devices or "wheel locks" aren't standard on wheelchairs, but the Jerry Ford Company plans to make it that way. They've created a simple, effective wheelchair braking system that will prevent further injury to anyone already in a wheelchair. Now the wheelchair won't roll back when you sit down or stand up. CSS Mastery Tips

Designing a website with CSS can be very efficient, and we found a few tips for efficiently using page space. There is an article at Web Reference that details how to use Fixed-Width, Liquid, and Elastic Layouts and Faux Columns. As a browser window gets bigger, columns and images can grow and expand too. Conversely, they shrink as a browser window contracts, which makes for a very efficient use of space.
