Emulate Frames using CSS

Frames have had a long standing tradition in web design, because they allow content, such as navigation, to always stay on screen. Unfortunately the separate frames pages were often times hard to manage, and tricky for search engines to index correctly. There was also the problem of a user ending up on a page of your site with no navigation in tow.

If you still want to employ the Frames style, it’s back, but this time with CSS. There are still a few quirks being worked out, thanks to the variety of web browsers available, but the details of this nifty programming trick can be learned at 456BereaStreet.com.
