I would recommend searching those queries in quotes (i.e. “commercial video production”) to see the true number of websites that pose direct competition for those keywords. Searching without quotes shows how many websites Google has indexed with the word “commercial”, “video” and “production” somewhere on the page.

You’re right, thank you for pointing that out. The number of websites in competition with the same keywords are as follow:
“industrial videos” #1 out of 24,200
“commercial video production” #1 out of 22,800
“custom website benefits” #3 out of 3 (however, our results for “website benefits” is #5 out of 39,600)
“benefits of online video” #4 out of 2,000,000
