Choice Home Care is an Independent Living Center providing services and support for people with disabilities. They have provided quality home health care services for over 14 years to residents of Southeastern Minnesota.

MLT Group started by creating the branding for the newly renamed organization. The goal was to do something different than what other health care services are doing; which was achieved with the purple/black color scheme, and lack of overused icons (hearts, hands, houses, etc.). The branding was then carried over to the new website!
